If there was a 0 I would have marked that. I think its sad that this company takes advantage of desparate people needing help with their health issues. I seen the ad on this product thought I'd give it a shot whats to lose,well that was dumb. It wasn't comfortable to sleep so stiff and couldn't get used to it so I asked to return it thinking guarantee would be honored. Found out that the charge to return is more than the product itself and they do not supply you with return labels so they must have known ahead of time that they would lose $with returns. No integrity in their products. My advice get it through Amazon or somewhere else you can trust!

The product seems to be working well. I haven't had it long enough to confirm its effectiveness for snoring or sleep apnea, but it does help keep my head stable while sleeping due to a recent neck injury. I had to adjust the velcro to fit comfortably around my neck.

The neck brace did not work for me. The company claims a '60-day money-back guarantee', but they do not uphold it. They offered progressively lower refunds instead. I accepted a 50% credit on my card. Since returning it would cost over $80, I advise against doing business with this company.

After several emails, I finally received return instructions, but I understood why accepting the partial refund was better. The return process is overly complicated and seems designed to deter refunds. I highly recommend avoiding this company and suggest purchasing from a platform with a better return policy.
