Is it a miracle? No. Is it fantastic to wake up without stiffness and pain? Absolutely! My range of motion has improved as well. I'm content with even a small improvement! Initially, the device felt a bit awkward, but once adjusted correctly, it's comfortable. It provides excellent neck support, far better than the numerous pillows I’ve tried!
I had a very frustrating experience. The product felt suffocating and didn’t help with the snoring. When I tried to return it, despite claims of a 'risk-free' order, they charged for shipping and made the process cumbersome, even requiring the original packaging—who keeps that for two months while trying to adapt? They kept offering partial refunds as if it was a benefit. I do not recommend this product at all.
The product arrived on time and the quality was as expected. I have been using it on most nights since receiving it and I feel that I am sleeping better, also it has eliminated my dry mouth on awakening. I sleep alone so there’s no one to confirm whether or not I have stopped snoring!
Purchase and shipping were very good. The product is somewhat of a dissapointment. I very much like the idea of this product. How it functions on my neck length no so much. I have a short neck and wearing the product as designed is not possible. However turning it around backwards will work it's just a bit uncomfortable as the back side of the product is not padded where it fastens
I bought the "snoring solution" and it took over three weeks to arrive. I asked for a refund and they went on to try and negotiate so I would keep the product. Four emails to be precise- a waste of my time. They finally agreed to take it back but the shipping was $17 (Netherlands). Awful customer service.
