Review Time
I made a purchase through Shoppay. I contacted the company I received my product through for a refund which they did back to Shoppay. I have been contacting them for weeks regarding my money. They at first claimed I need to reach out to the manufacturer. When I explained that I did, they then claim that any refund they receive will be applied to any payment set up for this order. Previous payments were already made to them so I should be receiving 75% of my refund back. They just continue to same me the identical message saying to contact the manufacturer, so basically they have kept my refund. I will never use them again for anything.
Worst company ever! I have been trying to make my payments for weeks. I have proof its the app and customer service is refusing to help blame affirm. I show nothing owing with affirm, then blamed it on mt having put a different email on my order then my log in email!! Horrible customer service, horrible interactions, saying im not making payments, same card on file, funds have always been there, just horrible wont ever use them again!!
I've deleted my account with the service for the third time. After the second deletion, I contacted customer support to ensure my personal information was removed, but I started receiving emails and texts again. I even had to download the app to delete an account I had already removed. This time, I tried using the website, but encountered an incredibly frustrating bot.

They had a 10% discount available with a code, so I added items to my basket and applied the code to see if it worked. Suddenly, the checkout system submitted my order without my consent, despite not being ready to finalize my purchase. I hadn't completed my shopping, hadn't entered any personal details like my address or payment information, and certainly hadn't agreed to make any payment. It felt like a violation, as if I had been robbed. I contacted the farm shop, and they were kind enough to refund me. I truly believe in karma, and I hope those involved with the checkout system face consequences for this frustrating experience.

I've spent months trying to have my personal information removed, and I know they still have my credit card details because they show up during checkout on various sites. I never used the service, yet somehow my information was obtained, and dealing with them is impossible. Their only advice is to delete the app, which I do not have. I had to file a complaint with the Attorney General. It's baffling why businesses choose to work with them.
This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. My account was compromised in May 2025 through this service, which is linked to another platform. Because they outsource their support, the assistance is horrendous. Neither the service nor the other platform can resolve any issues!
This is the worst setup I've ever encountered. Do not use it. They take nearly 5% on average, and with $30,000 processed, my account is on hold, and I can't access any funds. Communication is only through a platform with no phone support. It's a total nightmare.
I've been scammed out of my money once more with this service. I ordered two blenders from a seller a month ago and never received them. The seller won't respond to my emails, and this service has completely ignored me as well. Both are scams—avoid them.
