Review Time
I live in the U.S. I ordered this case and was politely informed by the staff that due to everything going on in the world, there may be a delay in getting it to the States. It only took 6 days to make it from the Isle of Man to me. The case is of very good quality, great fit to my Samsung S10 phone, and the buttons are very easy to operate through the case sides. All in all, I was very happy with the prompt shipping even with our circumstances and the politeness of staff to give me a heads up about a possible delay. The case is really nice, and I would definitely order here again and recommend this company.
It’s been over three weeks I have not received my case that I paid $40 for. I’ve asked Adam and Steve to help me locate it with the tracking number they did a little work but not much. So now I’m left to track down the US and the US is not being helpful either so something must be wrong with the tracking number or the system of shipping because I’ve never had this problem before I Grupp in Scotland for over 20 years now I’m living here and I’ve ordered stuff from the UK and Europe in the last few years and never had a problem with shipping. Hmmmm
