I ordered a bunch of mini tubbz on December 31, 2025. These we supposed to come from a US warehouse. I usually get them from the UK. I expected less of a wait time for the delivery. It’s now February 7, 2026 and I still have not received my mini tubbz. Apparently, the only way to get help is through an email. I reached out at least seven times and I cannot get a solution to my concern. The UPS tracking that’s the shipper created a label, but UPS has received to package. My opinion is that their customer service sucks. I have asked for a refund or sending new ducks. I have gotten two messages that the company will “hear back” from UPS, stating that the tubbz warehouse will hear from UPS in 24 hours. It has been 3 days. I will never order from the US warehouse again.

Tubz Netherlands is a scam. About a year ago I’ve ended the cooperation with them. They kept the tubz machines in order to find new franchisers. But that didn’t work out, so after a year passed I wanted my machines back. But couldn’t get them. The owner Michael simply refuses to give back my machines. Recently he dumped 4 broken machines without the footstand at my address. But they aren’t my machines and aren’t complete. What a scam!
Asked customer services in regards to a lack of update when ordering a first edition special duck. Got a very snooty response, so waited till the end of the month as ordered to. Still no updates, no reply, no apology. Yet charged fully for it with special postage. Awful.
