Review Time
So far terrible. And from reading reviews here looks like I've been scammed. I'm trying to do a return, you have to take a picture, never had to do that before. No number to call. Sent email to whatever their customer support is. Got a response once I submitted pics and etc that it would be 3 working days for them to decide if they'll do a return. Seriously? They advertise free returns, its why I made the purchase and now this. Today, is Tuesday Jan 27,2026, if I don't get confirmation for a return by this Friday I'm contacting my credit card company to report the charge as fraud since they won't honor the return they advertised they would.
Oh boy - please don't bother with these guys. Their products are crazy undersized if you have any kind of thigh muscle. Their online portal for returns doesn't work. I have been back and forth with support for over a week just trying to exchange an xmas gift for a larger size. Once I get someone to reply, I send a response and they throw me back into the automated queue. NIGHTMARE customer service.
Beware before you decide to order!This is not a company I will do business with again. My order was well over $100 and they charged me $16.57 for shipping when their site clearly states free shipping over $100. They also overcharged my tax.I've tried to have them make this right however it's been over 45 days and they keep puttng me off. They don't care about ethical business practices nor customer satisfaction.
I'm onto my 4th pair of swim shorts in 3 years. The shorts haven't worn out and I swim in them every day. They're like brand new and still fit well. However, the elasticity in the waste band breaks down, making them unwearable.As much as I like them, unfortunately, I wont be buying any more until Tucan can improve the waste band and draw string.
Horrible time wasting return process only to be charged $7.93 for FedEx plus a $10 restocking fee which is not very clear upon purchase. It’s definitely there in the small writing so Barbie beware their products good service OK return process a nickel and dime experience and an absolute nightmare
For an expensive pair of shorts the zipper broke on them almost immediately. Upon contacting customer support (which was laughable) and having numerous email exchanges they reluctantly offered my a $20 credit for me to go and find someone to supply and install a new zipper for me. Their customer service was unprofessional and I would expect alot more from a company billing themselves as a premium product. Would not recommend.
