The agent was as helpful as she could be, although very difficult to understand. The problem is with the Company itself. They charged my credit card 30 days before my contract expired, assuming that I would renew it. They did this without ever notifying me. They sent me several e-mails stating that my contract would expire on March 21, 2026. I responded via e-mail telling them that in fact it did not expire until April 22, 2026! The agent told me that the Company changed its policy and decided to charge all customers 30 days prior to expiration, and in fact charged my credit card 30 days early..without even sending me an invoice. That is highly presumptuous, if not illegal!
I have been having trouble with the log in for my Yahoo/Turbify business email and my web hosting. I had a GM at my business that set it up but did not give me the credential to make changes in my account. That person is gone and Turbify support was able to fix all of my issues with my business account.
