A $10 domain from years ago has turned into a $70 annual cost for the same exact product with no explanation why there has been an increase every year the last 3 years. It feels very deceptive and when I called, it's an overseas call center and they were also unable to explain the price increase. Additionally, I get errors and tried many times to get the issue fixed, all unsuccessful. I just want to use a service that works and stop over paying for a service that can't justify fees or fix technical issues.
My call handler was very patient and very polite. She was extremely helpful. She went back and forth a few times until the problem was solved. She didn't sound annoyed or rude even when it was clear that we were having network issues because of the long distance nature of my call.Much appreciated 🙏
