The website builder is useless. Elements overlap and can’t be repositioned. Difficulty resizing images. Can’t add text . . . and support is unavailable. Literally unavailable as the link doesn’t work. Had issues with trying to change my display name on sent email. Issue had to be escalated. Was promised communication when resolved. Never heard back. I guess you get what you pay for.
Answered my questions! However, the following comment is NOT about the agent's ability to answer the question. It is about the owning company's use of personnel from outside the country whose English is accented (they do their best) making a conversation difficult. It's all about money.
Payments for the annual fee were taken for 3 years, but my domain stopped working sometime during those paid years. My website was finally restored, but it took an hour and forty-five minutes for a customer service rep to get it back online.
