Overall great experience. It was a rush order so we were concerned about the timing of our delivery. Our sales rep Logan McDougle quickly expedited the process and we received it on time. The turf was cut exactly as ordered and was great quality. Would recommend and use again when the need arises.
I own multiple health-clubs and purchased the black multi sport turf for one of the gyms because I wanted to change from green turf to black. BIG MISTAKE! The color was not the problem but the product itself is horrible, harder than sandpaper. I placed the turf in the designated functional training area and the members avoid it like the plaque. You can't kneel on it, you can't seat on it, it's impossible to work-out on it. You can't walk barefooted on it. Also, because the turf is black and insanely hard, it picks up and hold onto it everything that falls on it. I've tried three different brands of commercial vacuums to no avail. You cannot mop it and it repels water. I have called this company for assistance in how to clean it many times and I am still waiting for a call back. The turf was installed in March and there's no way to clean it. I am looking everywhere for solutions, but at this point I might have to replace it and end this nightmare once and for all.
