Bought this for a gift and didnt look anything like the people in my photo! I asked for it redone 3 seperate times with extremely minimal changes. It was so bad I looked into amother company that got it perfect one the first try. This company also doesnt provide a refund at all.
I wish I would have checked here first. My order continues to increase in price. I asked for 3 people and a pet. I was provided a proof of 4 people (2 of the same person) with no background, none of the specified requests. They keep responding that I didn’t specify so now I’m being charged extra to change it to my original request. I asked to cancel and refund and they are refusing the refund. Nor will they provide me with the original request I made to show “I didn’t provide details”.
I was very excited to receive my husband's Turned Yellow poster in the mail today, but I was heartbroken when I saw that it came damaged. I wish the poster had been mailed flat instead of rolled. Whoever rolled it damaged multiple areas of the poster. For a piece that originally cost $460+, this is unacceptable. Three areas are scratched from where the poster was bent in the packaging and the top right is wrinkled. You'd expect for the cost it would be in perfect condition.While I love the image, the fact it came damaged tainted the experience.
First of all, the customer service with Turned Yellow has been wonderful. Hats off to Gretta! Second, the Turned Yellow team were more than accommodating with a couple of changes I requested. Received my Turned Yellow canvas today. Made me laugh out loud! Photos vs. Turned Yellow canvas was spot on!
I bought this for my family for Christmas utilizing a photo I took on one of our vacations. It’s a great way to remember that trip. It makes me happy to look at the Turned Yellow version of the photo. The artists did a great job of cartoonizing the family and making changes I suggested. The turnaround time was amazingly fast. This will surely become a family heirloom!
