Review Time
I made a mistake in my ordering of my background. I paid for the fix in the background and asked them to change the drawing to what I wanted. This was already a stretch financially for me but wanted something special for my sister. They then told me I would be charger per person to make the change. They also stated to add a few different pictures for the artist to get a feel for the family and the people in it. The artist seemed to only look at one picture and copy it - if I would have known that I would have added the second family picture first. When I asked them to please make changes to make it look more like the second family picture I was once again told I would be charged per character. I said no thank you as I already spent more than I could. The line on the website that they will make as many changes as needed to make you happy since you pay before you see the picture was not real in my experience. It seemed since the first correspondence this artist was not willing to work with me or do what the website says. What was supposed to be a fun experience to get my sister such a cool gift turned into a gross feeling where they were unwilling to work with me at all. Instead of getting a picture that was custom and captured each person they copied exactly one picture and refused to make changes unless I continued to pay more. This was going to be something I eventually got my entire family - I will never order from here again. I believe there are probably very cool people that are artists on this platform and I'm sure they do what the website says they do. Unfortunately the artist I had ruined this experience. The picture is not what I wanted and I couldn't even get a phone number to discuss it over the phone. All correspondence is on line messaging with days in between responses. I hope if you do this and spend the money you get what you wanted because I did not. And I even tipped the artist before I even saw what they could do. The tip is decided when you first pay - weird. Disappointed
Had a great experience with Turned Yellow, am a huge Simpsons fan and the custom work did not disappoint - the team is very responsive and turnaround time is fast. I actually worked with them twice as my family grew and we wanted to update the portrait. Excited to use these as Christmas cards and print out the canvas for the holidays!
I absolutely love my drawing. I got a shirt for my husband. I wanted to have him wearing an Oregon Ducks jersey and have his dog with one on too. The drawing was perfect! You would think they were "Simpsons" characters. This is a wonderful personal present for anyone who loved the show and appreciates the quality of design. You will be very happy with this company.
I submitted a few pictures of myself and my two children. I went through the website and looked through the different background options. I followed the instructions on the website and told them what I was looking for. I received a proof within a few days to approve. I order both the iPhone case and wall portrait. I have shown off both, to numerous friends and family, which have all said how much they love it and how awesome it looks. I am extremely pleased and happy with how this turned out. Everything was very easy to take care of, and I like it because it is unique and different as well. 😁🥰
