I ordered two pairs of tactical pants as Christmas gifts. Initially, they seemed acceptable, but things went downhill quickly. The first pair had a significant hole in the front left pocket, while the second had a zipper slider fall off. When I reached out to the support team, I received an automated response indicating they were purchased over 30 days ago and were outside the return period. I explained they were gifts and requested an exception to their policy, but received another automated response saying it was too bad for me. Upon further inspection, it became evident that the pants were poorly constructed, with weak seams and no quality check before shipping.

Avoid wasting your money. What they advertise is not what you receive. These are the worst pants I've ever encountered. They seem overly accommodating in trying to resolve issues, but ultimately, it leads to frustration. The pants I received felt like the back waist was two inches lower than the front.
This is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of pants and was offered a discount for a second pair. However, I only received one pair of poorly made, oddly sized pants. I was charged for two and cannot get a refund or the second pair. Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered two pairs of waterproof tactical camo pants from an advertisement on 6/22. They arrived on 7/16, after 24 days of shipping. I checked other platforms where the same product was much cheaper with faster shipping and free returns. The pants are definitely not waterproof, with large open pockets that let water in. They may be made of waterproof material, but the pockets would fill with water! They shipped from abroad, and there are no free returns. Rugstor is a total scam. I will only purchase from more reliable sources in the future.
