TWC replaced my front door in April but I delayed my review until I'd lived with the door for a while to note any downsides, if any.I arranged for a survey and Steve arrived to discuss my requirements and show and explain my options. There was no rush or any pressure on me to sign up for anything. I opted for a composite front door. A date and time was arranged to fit the new door. Valdi and Connor arrived spot on time. A big shout out to both of them as they just cracked on having confirmed all my requirements. I cannot fault the work that was carried out. I was amazed at the finish as I had expected to have to do some touching up inside and/or the outside. Everything was left in an excellent condition, all I had to do was shut the front door. I would have no hesitation in recommending TWC. Quality materials were used, workmanship was of a very high standard and unusually from my experience admin was reliable and trustworthy.
Mark, Cam & Team completed the first part of our build today and it’s been one of the best building experiences we’ve ever had. They kept us informed, were extremely respectful of the fact we work from home and kept everything as tidy as possible. Excellent work, high quality and cannot recommend highly enough.
Today builders Tom, Graig and Florin completed first stage of our single storey extension. Team did excellent job! They are hardworking, always smiling and very polite and well organised. We are very happy with the job they did, leaving the place clean and tidy. Highly recommend Tom's team and cannot wait for the next stage.
The process from the initial sales team visit to the fitting new windows and doors was very smooth. Arlo and Luke did a fantastic job and worked non stop from start to finish. They cleaned up daily and kept me informed of progress. A couple of minor issues linked to the windows themselves have already been resolved just under a week later with excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.
This is the second time we have used TWC, once for an extension and second for doors and windows. Once again we had great service from start to finish. The product quality is good and we are extremely happy with the final outcome. Thanks TWC
