What a stunning job. Dean turned up on time and was ready to start. Thoroughly nice bloke and a real craftsman. We only had one window changed but will be looking for more. TWC were professional in every way from start to finish. All in all a superb experience. Thanks again to all at TWC.
One of TWC’s door-to-door salesmen knocked on my door last week. Lovely guy, friendly and not pushy at all. He explained that they are a local business and therefore pride themselves on delivering better customer service than the bigger, UK-wide companies. We are planning to put the house on the market quite soon, and I know our patio doors need replacing, so have been thinking for a while that I should get that sorted - so I arranged for someone to come out and provide a quote. On the morning of the quote appointment, I got a call from them to confirm the time - they also wanted to confirm that my husband will be home when they come out? I was a bit shocked at that question and told the gentlemen that no, my husband will be at work, but I will be available as I have scheduled the quote during my lunch break. He then asked if they could come another time, perhaps one evening/weekend when my husband will be available too? Feeling a little more frustrated now, particularly because this is not the 1920’s and I am quite capable of making a decision without help or permission from my husband, I said that no, we are not available in the evenings or weekends. The response I received from the gentlemen on the phone…… ‘Okay, I think we’ll leave it then’. So, from that conversation, I can only conclude that TWC are not interested in doing business with the ‘little women’ - not even ones like me, the main breadwinner, the sole name on the mortgage and the person who manages all of the finances. Never mind, it’s their loss, I’ll just get a quote from one of the bigger UK-wide companies they think they’re better than. Hi just had James one of your fitters come and fit our front door . He was extremely professional and polite and did a fantastic job. He is a credit to your company and I hope in future if we need anything else replacing we get him! Thankyou so much James !
Having already left a five star review for the installation of our windows and back door from TWC, this is a follow up on the customer careWe had a slight problem with the lock on our back door I telephoned TWC and spoke to Mel, whom I have to say is absolutely delightful. So friendly and super helpful. She arranged for an engineer to be with me within 48 hours and time was planned for after 1 pmI was expecting to see someone between 1 and about 4. However, 1.40 ish there was my engineer! Liam was absolutely top class. Knew immediately what the issue was and assured me that although it was very unusual for this locking mechanism to jam, he could replace it without a problem. Liam explained he always carries a spare unit just in case and In a matter of minutes he was done! He showed me where the fault was. Tested the door several times. Assured me that if I had any future issues just to call the office He was so polite and friendly, knowledgeable and a definite great advertisement for TWC!Well done TWC on excellent customer care!
I had had a lovely chap called taffy who knocked my door today from the window centre. He was a really lovely chap and I haven’t seen a sales that is so good at his job in ages. Everything he said was crystal clear and he pointed out all of the issues with my windows very articulatelyI was very satisfied with the customer service from taffy and I will be looking forward to my free quotation
Had a man called Kev knock my door today what a lovely man he is I was greeted by him and a man called Callum who was his mentor I wasn’t interested in windows but I was a door so they booked me in for when the have there sale on so it will b cheaper That was nice of then to tell me that to save me money as im only part time at work What a lovely pair of lads u have at your lovely thoughtfull company
Taffy knocked at the door today and he was an absolute pleasure to speak to. He didn't push me into any purchases, I let him know I rented so wasn't able to do much to the property. He asked with the type of windows I had if I suffer with mould, then directed to a website that can help. He was more concerned for the well-being of my daughter rather than selling to me. Such an amazing chap brightened up my day for sure.
