One of your canvases Taffy knocked my door on Friday what a lovely polite gentleman you have working for your company I was interested in getting my windows and doors done so I will be using TWC in the future when I have the money to place and order with you guys I just wanted to write this because how he put a smile on my face that man needs a pay rise goes above and beyond, the knowledge this man knows is incredible
Decided to talk to them when we had a knock on the door as we did have windows that needed replacing, and we're glad we did.The sales guy was friendly and informative, and even gave us suggestions that we might not have considered (such as the ability now to have a large single pane in the main kitchen window, without openings/extra bracing). The price also seemed fair considering costs have gone up a lot in the past years. The surveyor was also very good and explained it all, but it was the fitters that really made it special. They ensured that we got a pretty much perfect match on the mortar around the external frames, which meant that they had to return, but the were polite, courteous and did an excellent job.
The start of our single storey extension work completed by builders Tom, Craig and Florin has been excellent. They were polite, friendly and hard working, and at the end of each day they left our garden tidy. We cannot recommend them and TWC highly enough, we are looking forward to the next stage of our build.
Excellent from start to finish. Jeremy spent time with us when we ordered. He was helpful and covered all bases. The ordering of the door, through to the surveyor measuring up was faultless. Payment terms are also flexible. Unfortunately to door had to be fitted 2 weeks after it was scheduled as it had not been delivered to the factory. The lady who phoned me to tell me was extremely pleasant. What I liked was her honesty - she said no excuses, I don’t know what happened, were extremely sorry. That was enough for me. I had to reschedule my work, but these things happen. 2 weeks later, door delivered and fitted by Lee & Kurt, extremely quickly, courteous and took time to explain everything. Lee spent ages getting the lock mechanism just right. No mess, no fuss. The whole process was excellent- we would recommend to anyone wanting a new front door - Thank you
From the initial phone call to the "final" installation, everything was efficient and customer service was exemplary. This was despite the fact that our door did not fit perfectly the first time, but a swift phone call was made and another fitter came and resolved the problem for which we were very thankful. We now have a good quality door and no draughts and guaranteed for 20 years. We would thoroughly recommend TWC.
