Very poor Customer Service. Sold tyres they could not supply.

Very poor Customer Service - Sold Something they didn't have. Ordered and paid for 2x Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT600 tyres. After a week, I contacted Tyre Guru to ask where the tyres were. They said they did not know when they would get them from their supplier and could not give me a delivery date.They tried to sell me something they did not have and could not estimate delivery. This was not disclosed at the time I ordered and I had to chase them to find out the issue, rather than then be honest and tell me.

Great value tyres and quick delivery

Great value tyres and quick delivery. Problem came when it came to fitting as the garage had never heard of them and I ended up paying more than planned to fit them.

Great site and service.

Great site and service.I needed to get a set of 4 winter wheels (tyres and rims) for driving to the Alps. Tyres Guru had a really good, intuitive site that helped me to work out which tyres and rims I needed, and the best prices by far. I'd left my order a bit late, particularly as it was peak winter tyre so, based on previous reviews, I was a little concerned that they wouldn't deliver them on time. They were a little vague on delivery time, but after a couple of emails, they assured me they'd be on their way soon and all the wheels arrived within 3-4 days of my order, through tracked DPD.The tyres and rims were top quality, they had been weighted/fitted properly (winter tyres are uni-directional, and they'd fitted them so I had 2 left and 2 right - a lesser company might've missed this) and the TPMS has been properly installed.I've now driven from London to the Alps and back again with no problems at all. And with the Beast from the East snow storm landing in the UK, I'm well equipped to deal with it!I'd therefore highly recommend Tyres Guru (but if you're tight on time for your delivery, make sure to email them and let them now!) .

Excellent service all round, very happy customer

Excellent service all round! Tyres turned up well with in stated delivery time, in A1 condition all wrapped up with labels, and saved me around £40 per corner after fitting....I will be using again without hesitation.
