Misleading Speed Claims!

It feels like a scam when the speeds don’t match! They advertise 1000/100, which is completely ridiculous! Does having unequal speeds affect download performance? Absolutely, if you're using the full 100 Mbps upload (like uploading large files or during video calls), it can hinder your 1000 Mbps download because the data shares the same capacity! This is based on information from a reputable source. So, NO, you can’t enjoy ONLINE GAMING with those speeds, especially when family members are also using the Internet while you’re trying to play!

If you're using the full 100 Mbps upload, it can really slow down your 1000 Mbps download because the data shares capacity. This is according to industry experts. So no, you can't play online games or have family members using the internet while struggling to play!

Unlimited Plan with Restrictions

I'm trying to hotspot my computer while abroad, but the connection keeps cutting out at just 1.42 Mbit/s. It feels like there's a cap on my supposedly unlimited plan. The term 'unlimited' shouldn't come with limits; it feels like false advertising. This is something I might need to address with the company.

Terrible Customer Service

Not Receiving the Internet Speed I Paid For

I recently switched to the company for the fastest internet, opting for the 1000 Mbps plan, but I'm only getting around 30 Mbps download speed. This is far below what was promised. It's been three days, and I'm quite disappointed so far. I had high hopes and really want this resolved.

Mixed Feelings About My Experience

My experience with the company as a student was disappointing. A salesperson had me sign a contract without mentioning a two-year commitment, and I had to wait three weeks to see it! However, the company did resolve the issue by canceling my contract without extra charges, which I appreciate.

Untrustworthy Service

You can't trust them. I've faced multiple issues and received no help. I switched to a family subscription to save money but was misled about keeping my number. Now, after a month, I'm still waiting for a resolution. The service is too expensive for the quality provided, and I've switched to a different provider.

I've had a terrible experience with this company. After moving abroad and terminating my contract early, I was unable to receive my final bill via email or post.
