Within a week, the engine light came on, Ucan made me take the car to their own garage. The first thing the so-called mechanic did was stick a flat screwdriver into an XZN socket on the battery cover, permanently damaging it! They fitted a new battery after wasting my whole day. Only for the engine light to come on a few days later. This nightmare of coming and going and wasting my time went on for weeks before I threw in the towel and took the car to a main dealer where it cost me over £1000 to fix the problem. The vehicle was not fit to be sold, they could not fix it, nor did they know how to. What an Utterly useless company. I will never use them again!
