I bought some in ear 'headphones' as described on their website. Only one earpiece arrived !! When I asked they said id only bought 1 . Yes I said ' one pair of headphones' . Oh no they said ' just 1 headphone!! . I.e for one ear !!! Dont think.they didn't know THIS WAS LIKELY TO BE CONFUSING - because they did. There are places for this kind of business dealing but I didn't expect it from an American company . MAGA its a joke

Misleading returns policy

Requested clarification of their stated '90 day' refund policy only to be told it was in fact 14 day. I would be very wary of anything indicated in their website descriptions

Avoid

Scam company. Paid over £80 for a rechargeable desk lamp for my son's studies. Loses charge after 20 minutes and makes buzzing noises when connected to the charger and so that is not an option for prolonged use either. Demanded shipping costs to Canada when I explained the product was defective, then backtracked when I quoted the website policy which was to pay shipping for a return defective product. Now refusing to refund without video evidence of the defect meaning I would have to sit and video for over 20 minutes and also be unable to send them said video file because it would be too large a file to send via email. They are not trustworthy, the product is defective, came without any instructions or manufacturing documents and clearly very poor customer service. Avoid.

Scam company

Scam company. Do not trust the 100% refund promise. I wasn’t happy with my product but would have had to pay international shipping costs to return the item for a refund. Avoid this company and spend your money on the high street

Never buy from this company I ordered…

Never buy from this company I ordered telescope over 2 weeks ago an been told another 2weeks,I have a look if I ordered another says delivery in with 2weeks,customer service dreadful tracking terrible hasn't moved from port if I would of known it was China,I have learnt a lesson to check on here first,struggling to get refund of £75

Kitchen lamp.

My experience with Bowlift is a positive one, I ordered a kitchen lamp which arrived in perfect condition, and of good quality, admittedly the lamp took 21 days to arrive but that's the only criticism I have, so would I do business with Bowlift again, the answer is yes.

I wish I'd read the reviews before buying from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought 2 hard drives. Neither works. Now they want me to cover the cost of shipping FAULTY products back to CANADA at a cost of 40% of what the actual product costs. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. ZERO STARS.

This company does not even deserve 1…

This company does not even deserve 1 star, they take your money and never send you the product.. they have been using my money for 2 months . After long wait for my order I contacted them and they said sorry the product I ordered out of stock , they suggest similar product which I accept it however they didn’t send this as they said also out of stock and I am still waiting for my refund. I think this company should be investigated and banned from trading.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. I ordered a doll for my daughter. It was lost in EVRI’s warehouse. The company told me I had to wait for Evri to find the parcel and to return to Bowlift and then they would send it to me. I requested a refund they said they’d pay 75%. They neither paid a refund or sent the doll so I started a dispute with my bank and 40 emails from the company later finally got a full refund thanks to my bank.
