DO NOT ENGAGE – NOT A UK COMPANY, SCAM EXPERIENCEI purchased lights from this company believing they were UK-based. After two weeks with no delivery, I checked the tracking and saw the items were actually being shipped from China. When I contacted them, I was given constant excuses and no real answers.What did arrive did not look like what was advertised it was cheap and parts of the lights were bent. What followed was endless back-and-forth emails offering discounts, partial refunds, and anything except returning my money. I opened a dispute with my payment provider and—based on the company’s own communications—was eventually refunded. Before that, the company tried to get me to close the claim by promising a refund, but if you do that, they will only give a partial refund and your payment provider can no longer help you.Lesson learned: always check reviews first. Avoid this company.
Total scammers.Did get my “order” eventually and it was a total rip off.Quality was terrible.Asked for a full refund and of course was given “credit note”.Refused this and was told to get a full refund I’d need to send back to Canada and pay for the postage which would cost as much as the item I bought.Total rip off -do not touch
What a shower of s**t this company is . They put pictures of goods on their website which are nothing like the trash they sell.Do not go near them for anything please.They had me for £65.00 supplied rubbish which was almost good enough to put in the skip.
It appears that I have done better than most on here. However, I ordered an owl weathervane and it is so flimsy it looks as though it came from a Christmas cracker! It was certainly not the cheapest option. It is certainly not the same one in the photo on the website.As previous people have said, I emailed and this bounced back and there is no telephone number! Very disappointing indeed.
I have been waiting for my order for over a month now. I am constantly emailing asking where my order is, yes they are replying but all I get is we are looking into this. This is now not my problem. They need to find out where the missing parcel is. I have asked for a refund and they keep fobbing me off!!!! Don’t ever order from here!!!!
