I ordered £30 product that was on offer (mirconeedling) to then get the free face and neck lux light. This device came free with a purchase. However, after I checked out £79 was taken from my card! When I then checked my e-mails an 18 weeks course of microneedling was purchased when I know I selected the 6 weeks for £29.99. So now I’m wondering l if I’m even getting the device. I’ve honestly never know anything like this and it’s made me never want to purchase anything again from this site.
Bought the Lux body sculpting handset to reduce mild cellulite on legs but doesn't work, have been using several times a week over last few months. Contacted the company prior to this to highlight and request refund- sent 2 emails and no response. Don't waste your money.
The mask is not comfortable at all, really hurts the bridge of my nose which is putting me off keeping it on for the recommended time, so unable to verify if it works as not able to wear it as advised which is disappointing. The serum is tacky and dries my face, over all disappointed so far with the products but will persevere to see if any improvements in skin!
