Priory shipping was added without me knowing. I’d wanted to see how much 2 sterile needle heads would cost to be added to the order and after I added to the order the order confirmed without giving me an option to decide if I wanted them or not. You’d also advertised that all orders would get a free sculpting device but this wasn’t added to my order. No reply as yet from customer services.
The product I ordered said “$38 plus free device” I unchecked express shipping and put in my credit card. The total once I ordered jumped to $125.95 I have reported you to Fair Trading Australia for deceptive practices. Very deceptive and misleading. I absolutely would not have ordered if the REAL price was displayed. Your company knows this. Horrible experience.
I wanted to place an order for the lux skin microneedling serum which stated it was £29 i got to check out and said no to approx 6 offers and when it went to checkout charged £80 without giving me a price before completing transaction. Terrible marketing. It is almost like we are being tricked into buying something for one price and it charges you another. I will be reporting as fraud to my bank
It was fairly easy to navigate the website and the prices are very good compared to other similar products. I didn’t notice the additional charge being tacked on at the end until I already paid for the product. I did not appreciate that.
Ridiculous, parcel was delivered to someone in Livingston not anywhere near to my address or area. Have contacted them several times, had zero response. I've ordered in past and never had any issues but this time has been enough to put me off wanting to use them ever again. I just wanted the products I ordered . If I don't hear anything from them I'm going to escalate this with my bank and get the money back.
