Hi can someone give me an indication as to how long they waited for there order I paid priority delivery and it’s been two weeks the reference number is saying no order found I’ve emailed customer service many times and the same reply comes back.
Not happy at all! Ordered off you guys a serum that stated it was £29 with a free face sculpt but when I received my confirmation email to say my order has been dispatched it stated on my invoice my order came to over £100 and on the order had extra items I did not even order and the free gift I am supposed to be receiving is not even on my order. I then checked my bank and the money had came out, which then left me short for the month! On top of that I am hen contacted LUX skin which stated do not bombard with emails they will contact you within 48 hours to which I still have not heard anything. I then also commented on a Facebook post you were advertising your products on and private messages on Instagram to which once again heard nothing. I have no been trying to track my order which is stating there is no order number under the order number i got on my emails!! I would like to know where my order is why you have taken more out than actually stated and also charged me for priority shipping which I did not ask for either!! Please advise asap
**Order Process and Customer Service** While I appreciate the quality of the products, I found the ordering process a bit lengthy. There were numerous add-ons being suggested throughout, which felt somewhat excessive. I understand the importance of upselling, but I believe a more streamlined approach would enhance the overall purchasing experience and encourage repeat customers.That said, my interaction with customer service (Ana) was outstanding. She was incredibly helpful, and her support deserves a 5-star rating.**Products** Now, onto the products themselves. So far, I’m pleased with the LED mask and face contour tool. The mask is comfortable and relaxing to use, and the contour tool provides instant results—my initial skepticism has been put to rest. I've only used the infusion roller once (as it's recommended for weekly use). Although slightly uncomfortable, it wasn’t enough to deter me from continuing. The serum is also lovely, and I’m optimistic that these items will become staples in my skincare routine.
Purchased the premium IPL handset in June, have used a handful of times and now the product becomes so hot it burns my skin after only 2 minutes of use. Have emailed Lux skin to ask if the product may be faulty as i am sure it is not suppose to do this, i have had no response. I have left a post on a facebook post by Lux Skin, advising of the above, and was told this should not be happening and someone will reply to my email. This was over two weeks ago. LUX SKIN sell faulty dangerous items. Update 13.9.24 emailed customer services as per advised in LUX SKIN'S response. Still have not had a reply from that email.
My package arrived safely, I was excited read reviews first only cut myself a little bit peeling off the metal protective cover off the lid 😂 1st use not easy, as you have to keep shaking the fluid out of the bottle down to the micro roller. Not the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had but I did one side of my face and I’m quite impressed so far. Now for the next well worth the money but design needs to be better thought out. Looking forward to next few weeks.
Terrible customer service. I clicked a link to try the roller serum with the expect tree s total to be around £26 I thought I’d give ot a go as I can’t afford Botox etc anymore due to the cost of living. Checkout comes and it’s all flashing images and deals etc. I am autistic and find certain things very overwhelming. I entered my details and checked out and then comes offer after offer that you have to refuse so I didn’t know if the order was placed. Next thing I know £89 has left my bank. Only slightly more and I could have had Botox. So panicked I looked at the cancellation policy which says it can be cancelled within the hour of placing it so I contacted customer services straight away the only way they have which is by email. I got a reply 12 hours later telling me it’s been processed and I can’t cancel. The returns policy is also that you don’t get your money back you get credit for the same company. Awful. Feel sad and stressed.
