I paid for express delivery but my dresses came late and when I tried to return them, they said they couldn’t (keep in mine I ordered a standard size and not custom tailoring which they said on the website is returnable). And then they tried to offer me a 15% discount ://
Ordering a custom promotional dress was very easy , I sent off all the measurements as required, it came within 3 wks we gave plenty of time as our post isn't the best , When her dress came it was neatly packaged .I hung it up ready for my daughter to come home from school .She put the dress on it fitted her like a glove , shes a size 4 so very slim , she said its the most comfortable dress shes ever worn , When she went to the prom she had so many compliments even now on photos .The workmanship of the dress is amazing so beautiful I will definitely be ordering more dresses from here and I would definitely recommend this wonderful company milly brides . couldn't have found the more perfect dress than what we did just perfect every details was neatly done , there's nothing I can fault from customer service to the making of the dress to packaging just perfect
No option to leave 0 stars. This company is awful, dress arrived late, way past the due date. Also didn’t fit my daughter despite checking measurements. The dress quality is thin and cheap. I started a return immediately, their reply’s were few and far between. Three weeks past and no response. Finally received an email stating, no return accepted as I should I have checked the measurements (which I did). Please avoid!!
The dress took a long time to arrive and when it did the fabric was very cheap and we had to get someone to sew the address where it was coming apart. Looked great on the website but very disappointed with the dress that arrived. Definately not worth the £156 we paid.
