Fake results!! I sent off 3 separate hair samples taken from me at the same time on the same day and received 3 completely different sets of results! This company is fraudulent and the tests results are fake and cannot be relied upon. Don’t waste your money. I will be reporting to trading standards.
Unfortunately I can't give lower than one star!I applied for a food intolerance kit. The response was impressive, a clear, detailed analysis of food, metals, additives and other possible intolerances for myself.Before altering my entire diet and eliminating certain 'intolerances', i wisely sent off a second sample (oh and I bought one for my son and sent that back too) in my maiden name.My second results were so entirely different to my first results I could disappointingly not believe in either of them.I would understand a few differences due to food intake, country at that time etcBut these were so staggeringly differentI have been in 'ping-pong' email communication since then.I have been consistantly ignored for months, eventually to be told they have been taken over by 'Global Health Testing', this makes me suspicious as they are as bad with correspondence (what's the chances eh!) as 'UK Health Testing'The full refund i was told I was entitled to has not been honoured. The reason given, it was "too long ago" - it wouldnt have been too long ago had they answered when I first emailed them regarding the grossly Inconsistent resultsSteer clear, or at least double check your results
If I could give less than one star I would. After years of struggles I was excited to get my results. They came back fairly quickly but the results were absolute rubbish. Foods im well aware are an intolerance for me didn't come up at all. I have seen they have tried to make excuses between allergies and intolerances but I stand by what I said. I also have anaphylactic reactions to all nuts which never came up and foods I know are fine were an issue. Either I got someone else's results or they just send any old rubbish to everyone. I dont trust this company and would advise others to look elsewhere. I feel it could be dangerous as people could believe their results and go on to eat the wrong foods.
Do not use this company!They sent us FALSE results when they hadn’t even received the sample from us. I was only made aware when notified by the company that had received the sample (and sent me proof they had) otherwise we would have believed what they had sent.I find this disgusting and immoral, avoid at all costs!!
Very informative and educative. Helpful in eliminating food items which were causing discomfort unaware. Reasonably cheap and quick to provide results once sample is received.Instructions on whether own envelope would be needed to provide sample were not clear, resulting in a 7 day delay.
