Ordered a test on 13/06/2025, not received, emailed on 25/06/2025 & 08/07/2025 nothing heard back at all, no response. So all I can assume is this is a scam company.

Good value and very comprehensive report.I did have to contact them to find out what had happened to my results. The response was very quick and my report came through with the response.Thank you.

The test pack arrived quickly ..it was…

The test pack arrived quickly ..it was easy to complete , the results took a short while so I contacted Alice who was able to track them straight away for me ..normally it didn't take so long which she apologised for ..the results were very in depth & informative. Very happy with the whole experience especially dealing with Alice...what a star 🌟
