I thought I was purchasing a football jacket but when I received it after 12 days it looked very poor quality that would not be purchased in a open market for £10.. I paid £79 and they offered me 30% refund and I keep the ridiculous jacket that didn’t even fit. Don’t buy from them unless you want to pay lots for something that don’t even look like a replica..

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a Marty Supreme jacket for a birthday present. I ordered 3 weeks before the event, it has arrived today a week too late. I wish I had read the reviews first I wouldn’t have ordered. It looks nothing like the pictures which are of genuine jackets. It cost £79 with supposed £40 off. Cheap fabric, cheap rubbish zip, cheap mismatched printing, shoddy stitching and generally very poor quality. I don’t know about £80 you’d be ripped off £2.99 down the market. This company are selling under false pretences. They are not UK as their name suggests and the pictures of the jacket are nothing like what you receive.
SCAM ALERT! Buyer beware! I wish I’d done this search before buying a coat from them. What arrived from Pakistan was a shoddy, cheap men’s jacket that bore no resemblance to what I ordered ( a black cape) . They have engaged me in a polite but lengthy email exchange about how they can’t accept returns. They have agreed to an 80% refund but I do not expect to see it, and so I have asked my bank to enter dispute over the payment. I will report to trading standards but it looks like a well worn scam.
This company has been extremely helpful and courteous-yes they did take 1/2 days to respond but they did every time offering help and various solutions. My daughters Stussy hoodie was too small but it was exactly what I ordered they offered me many resolutions and I am very happy I would 10000% recommend
Stay well clear of these Chinese conmen rip off merchants nothing comes and when you cancel the order they do not send your refund they say it's in the UK 5 days order still not processed or any tracking details or any confirmation email 100% Chinese rubbish please look up this company before buying or look at social media these people are a danger to the internet
Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve been trying to get a refund for a coat I ordered that looks nothing like the image on the website and is of no quality at all. The phone number on the site is invalid - that speaks volumes for starters. When I email them I get nonsensical replies asking me to ‘close my dispute’ as a refund can’t be given until I do that. ??? How I wished I’d read the other reviews before ordering. If I could give zero stars I would.
