Rachael and the team were very welcoming, professional and put me at ease throughout the procedure. Nurses helped me through the treatment with some good chat which kept my mind off things. Procedure was simple from a patient point of view and lasted less than an hour and I felt fine after it. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering getting it done.
The whole process was very prompt. The scan was scheduled just weeks after enquiry. The results of the scan and required surgery were clearly explained including the recovery and aftercare. The procedure was also promptly booked and I attended the Berkshire clinic where I was impressed with the standards of the building and the staff. The surgery itself took less than an hour and could be described more as uncomfortable than painful. I received all the information that I needed for the aftercare both verbally and via email with contact details to answer any questions.
The appointment was on time, the staff were amazing, humorous, chatty and put you at ease. The doctor explained everything as he went along and took great care to keep me relaxed.The treatment in total was about 20 minutes and when the doctor said it was all done I could not believe it. I have had no pain or discomfort with it since having it done and am now 4 days in since the surgery.
