Ulefone Has Great items, I have Quite a few Items of theirs. Problem is AliExpress/Seller. But I warn you, Cheap items, you get pretty quick, If it's anything pricey, GOOD LUCK. Every issue I've had has been anything over a a few hundred USD. For example,my latest issue, I ordered the Ulefone Armor Pad 3 Pro kit with the Speaker, I have yet to receive my Armor Pad 3 Pro. Delivery date was for June 17, it's July 22, NO tablet, AliExpress supposedly has a Refund policy if not delivered in a certain time frame. But AliExpress refuses to stand by their Buyers protection refund policy. They keep F-in around and have been back and forth for WEEKS saying the same crap. Item is saying Released from customs On June 10th, and has not had an update yet. AliExpress refuses to stand by the issue. Don't write a policy if you can not stand by it. It's well past your policy dates for the refund, I've waisted over $300 now for AliExpress to basically steal my Money. As of July 22nd, I STILL DO NOT HAVE A TABLET OR A REFUND OR ANYTHING. At the very least Send another tablet from a US WEARHOUSE. Worst piece of junk I ever had. Charging doesn't work, the system throws random errors that will never be fixed. Buttons activate themselves randomly and the connection is poor. And in the end incoming calls were blocked and I had problems because of people not being able to call me.Stop buying Chinese crap, it's always going to be like this
Purchased phone in December. In May the charging port stopped working. I have sent three emails to ULEFONE. Everyone has been ignored although the phone is under warranty. I would file a BBB complaint; however, there is no US contact that it would make it possible.
Had previously Ulefone 7 decided to buy new one, Ulefone 11T5G....well first month was pretty good and enjoyed. After a month of usage had system collapse after reset whole system to factory settings everything returned back to normal. Unfortunately all information was gone too. Now it's less than a year, phone got into heavy rain and water managed to get inside phone and it literally had short circuit and stopped working. Also battery max lasted 1 day no matter what before phone died. Price is not that good for this phone and quality. And no point paying for such a huge battery...

NOT made for the average phone user. If you expect to go outdoors exposing your electronics to the environment this phone immediately shuts the door on other phones . Even if you just drop it in the toilet consider this phone to be made for the outdoor enthusiastically recreationally driven person, like at work for trades people who work outside the average typical soft clean and green environment. How did it come to this, buying plastic PVC on one side and glass on the other side for 1000$ and expect it to last !?Have placed 20 of the top 5 leading brand phones in the recycle bin.
11p Note. Front camera stopped working. Not enough memory for basic apps. I will never buy a Ulifone again. I can't get support unless I list date bought at Amazon and order number. I can't locate this now. Second time front camera crapped out. To use a website search engine I need to go through my apps and clear all cache's or phone stalls. The first time the front camera stopped work it was corrected mysteriously from China? after I contacted Ulefone. I don't know how they accessed my camera without my expressed permission.
Well, although the inclusion of Google maps etc makes the phone rather expensive on data. The company have helped me get the phone back to them for a refund .I am very impressed by this company on honesty and fair trading. If you are in for a very good, smart looking Android mobile phone at a very fair price, then look no further. It domes with a good waterproof cover in clear. ULEFONE should be on your list. I am disabled, and when you get an honest company, it is a revilation. Good one ULEFONE..
