Review Time
I have recently purchased a Ulefone armor 21 and i had a problem. Tried to contact them but nothing. Tried to find a solution in Internet forums and tried something risky that put the sitution even worse and in loop without starting. Tried again the support email yesterday and today in the morning and nothing yet.Update 28/02: They finally responded and they seem polite, but the problem is not yet resolved.Update 3/03: I´m still waiting and nothing, only one request, already 1-2 mails sent, no answers.Update 3/03: Situation Resolved.
Hey thank u for replying to my review about 4 months ago (update no 4)I actually do NOT need to go into settings to enable "do not disturb" mode...I simply have to scroll down from the top of the screen to enable "do not disturb"Which appears in a black colored icon...N once I've tapped the black icon,,, it then turns blue👍And enables "do not disturb" mode....( N then ltr on my joke of a fone bleeps cos ive got a new msg)Eg do not disturb mode does not work!!!Has Ur research n development " team not noticed either of the above???No thats correct... because not only ur fones utter crap/ ur reviews utter crap/ customer services r utter crap n then u send me a teaching lesson on how to turn on "do not disturb "Seriously you r joking yes???Ive had mobile fones since Nokia began,,,n about 6 different fone manufacturers since then...in about 2011...All of them were better than ur utter crap device/s...Pls do not insult my intelligence...Ur fones r beyond garbage...There absolutely crap...As is ur customer services+ research m development team...Good bye...Im not interested in your 3 months ltr customer services nor your utterly crap fones...
Vindictive company who will not tolerate any review containing any accurate / reallistic feedback associated with their products if not wholly positive.I have been customer of Ulefone for many years and have enjoyed many of their products however when I questioned the price considering some of the limitations of their Armor 28 Ultra smartfone on a social media platform, they blocked me so that would be purchasers wouldn't be able to see this feedback - they have therefore become an unscrupulous company and now only appear to care about selling overpriced products - the complete opposite of their original customer proposition.(Date indicated is approximate as they did not announce when they took this action)

Stay away from this company, waste time and money, Macro not working, thermal camera that just gadget , few app have bug need restart phone few times a day to back working properly. Buy phone on AliExpress and now have problem to get my money back , Better to buy phone on local shop and trusted brand
