I had a terrible experience with ULEFONE. I will never buy anything from this company again. They don't solve their problems and their customer service is terrible, the worst.On 09/09/2025, I bought an Amor 34 pro 5G for almost $600.They sent it through a courier company I had never heard of (OnTrac). It turns out that they marked the package as delivered on 09/18, but I never received anything. I called the courier hundreds of times, but they didn't answer my calls. I sent them lots of text messages and they just told me they would get back to me. I sent about 18 emails telling them I wanted them to open an investigation into who supposedly delivered the package because in the proof photo there was a package lying on the grass with no houses around it, i.e., in an empty place. For a month, I contacted ULEFONE to ask them to please recover the package from the courier company they chose to ship it, because I couldn't do anything else. They just replied, “You have to contact OnTrac because they have to give you a refund” (seriously). They never understood that OnTrac never wanted to fix anything. They ship their packages with companies that steal things (because I've seen the reviews of Ontrac) and they are terrible, and ULEFONE did not take responsibility with the excuse that their proof was that it said the package had been delivered. I lost a lot of money and a lot of time with this company, and I hope that no one buys anything from them and that the same thing doesn't happen to them as happened to me.
Worst software ever!It's so slow now even the camera lags.Do not disturb turns on when it wants to and not as scheduled.Was forced to get the split clock on the lock screen with the last update but the setting to turn it back is blocked.Randomly shows Media Player in Quick access even though that is disabled in settings.When an alarm goes off it will sometimes light up the lock screen but the deactivate is missing then I have to click the button on the side twice for it to show up.The auto adjust off the screen light gets worse every day .It will some times randomly unlock without code or fingerprint.There are many more bugs but this was just the ones I remember off the top of my head
ulefone is by far the worst phone company to deal with, and I've yet to receive my phone. I spent quite a bit of money on two phones and they charged me for shipping fees in the transaction, but then I get a notification that DHL is now charging me another fee to release my package. if I would have known I would have never purchased them or even try their company. I sent them emails, I've went in their site and sent text messages, but nothing was answered. then I get a vague message telling me that's my responsibility for the fees and that if theirs some wrong with the package that I would be charge for it. Are they crazy? If they don't package things well,.then it's their responsibility, not the customers! Never again will I purchase from them. I stand by my comment. ulefone will not pressure me to change anything. They were ignorant enough to have one of their reps, calling herself Meg, send me messages as to penalties for damage package, which I thought was laughable, threaten me with being held accountable returns and other fees, but never acknowledged accountability for hidden fees due to tariffs on their goods. Furthermore, I spent nearly $2k on phones that probably cost them $200 dollars at tops. Whatever they have going on with the government should be worked out with them, not the end user consumer. All this could've been avoided if they covered that hidden fees I wasn't aware of until the day prior I was supposed to receive my package. Nice try. They feel offended by this response, but are ok extorting money from their clients, got it! Karma
I have a Ulefone Note 16 Pro. It's just problematic in small but annoying ways. Calls through Bluetooth always drop out. Bluetooth connection with watch always fails and has to go through the whole pairing set up process almost daily. Some apps just don't work. The phone is often slow and I have to wait for it to respond. Battery life hasn't lasted nearly as well as my previous phones.Have had Xiaomi and Oppo in the past and will go back to those in future.
There are 4 other cell phone and this house and all have full service this armor 27 is lucky to have one bar I can't call out and others can't get ahold of me I know will be the last one I will be getting just just about $700 for a paper weight
NEVER EVER BUY A PHONE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY DO NOT LAST!!!Also contacting after sales... they will refer you to one department to the next without ever resolving the issue responding weeks to emails which is very frustrating I had the ulefone 18t had great specs looked after really well and then it just went into to bootloopStick with reputable brands save the stress, hassle and pocket!
I am on my third ulefone. Bought an Armour 13, Armour 12 and now an X31 Pro. The Armor 13 battery no longer holds a charge for more than a few hours. I use it as a security camera constantly on a charger. The Armory 12 is still going but does need changing daily.The X 31 Pro was bought to replace my Nokia XR21. I'm back to using the XR21 because the X31 does not work properly as a dual Sim phone. In fact, none of the Ulefones work properly as a dual SIM. The X31 would not even make calls or send texts on the second SIM without constant reboots which just got too frustrating.The rest of the phone is actually ok, camera, ruggedness etc is good. Android 14 works fine but didn't always link back to my Meta Raybans Glasses as they should. I changed from the Nokia because it's version of Android 14 just didn't work with the Meta glasses at all. I eventually got Nokia to actually admit to this problem after sending it back.Overall, Ulefone is cheaper, so expect a lesser overall experience.
