Review Time
This would be a five star, but my Armor 21 is stuck on Android 13, and apparently won't be updated. Function is falling, some apps for work can no longer be logged in to due to security issues. An otherwise good telephone, just bought it is now garbage. A waste of my time, money, and not least a horrible waste og resources in a broken world. Shame on Ulefone.
Stay away – do not buy from Ulefone.co.uk!I bought a brand new Ulefone phone, and right after it arrived, it wouldn’t charge. I contacted Ulefone UK, and they told me to check whether the issue was with the charger or the cable. After checking, I confirmed that it does charge with a different charger, but the manual clearly states not to use anything other than the original Ulefone charger.They said they would send me a new charger, which I appreciated, and I asked if they could send it as soon as possible so that I could start using my phone safely. I also asked when I might expect it to arrive. Since then – silence. It’s been nearly a week, and I’ve had no communication at all. I’ve followed up, but no one has replied, and I still haven’t received the new charger.They simply stopped responding the moment they realised there was an issue. If this is how they handle something as small as a charger, imagine what happens if your phone develops a serious fault. Once they’ve made the sale, they clearly don’t care about after-sales support.Very poor service, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
