I bought a Ultenic Pooleco S1 Solar Skimmer and I quickly realized that it doesn't recharge at all with solar energy, only with the AC adapter. I contacted the support team and they insisted it had to do with a lack of sunlight (which is incorrect as there is plenty of sun where I live at the moment), refusing to offer any other solution.I will update this review if I finally get a proper solution, but the device is mostly useless like this, as I purchased it especially for its solar charging function.
The Ultenic U16 Flex is a great cordless vacuum with performance that is more than enough for any task. I love the design, which is very similar to a Dyson, and the flexible tube is incredibly useful for reaching tight spots.This is my fourth cordless vacuum bought directly from the Ultenic Official Site. I’ve only ever had one issue—a faulty brush—but their customer service was excellent. They sent a replacement immediately without any questions, and I didn't even have to bother shipping the old one back. Highly recommended for both the product and the Ultenic Support experience.
I sent my robotic vacuum cleaner in for what should have been a minor warranty repair, only to learn over a month later—after repeatedly chasing for updates—that it had been lost in the company’s warehouse. After long delays and more than eight follow-up emails, they refused to offer a like-for-like replacement or a full refund, instead suggesting lower-spec or returned units. I’m genuinely surprised and very disappointed by the whole experience.
