Wow! We are so impressed with the final product we got! The lettering and images are so clear on the material used for this product. And the material feels wonderful and rolls up into a nice little bag that they sent along with it. We're impressed for the amount we paid!
The customer service part was good. I did get a refund on the product I never received that was supposedly shipped. I placed an order May 2nd and the item never showed.Also the company never sent me an official tracking number, just word of mouth. Thankfully I got a refund, I am still not too sure this place isn't a scam. I don't recommend ordering from this place at all.
I designed and ordered 2 custom TCG game mats, and they arrived with some image quality issues at first, but they worked with me to get them fixed proper and re-printed them very quickly. Thank you so much! The graphics are crisp, and the colors are rich! ...I couldn't be more pleased with their kind and prompt service, and the final product.
I've purchased several mousepads from this company and have been pleased with the results. I used an image enhancement company to enhance photos of my pinball machine playfields and then sent those enhanced photos to Ultimate Custom Mouse Pads to print a desktop sized mousepad turned sideways that I could use as a colorful dust cover for my pinball machines. I'm thinking of buying another pinball machine or two and, if so, I will be ordering additional mousepads then.
I've bought two mouse mats from UCMP in recent weeks, both using custom artwork. Both were delivered promptly with excellent order and tracking updates and both were excellent quality. I selected artwork that was sufficiently high resolution to print at size; the results are phenomenal and very professional looking.My two mats were 70x30cm @ 3mm and 90x40cm @ 4mm; both were exactly the size ordered. The 3mm is very comfortable; the 4mm is positively luxurious!If I ever decide to change the artwork on my desk, I will definitely be coming back to UCMP.
