This was my second purchase from Ultimate, and I'm still impressed with their quality. The colors pop right off these mats! I love the vibrancy. This recent order was for my nephews. I got them both custom desk mats with designs I created, one for his YouTube channel and the other for his Trail Maker character. They LOVED their Christmas gifts! I even placed a third order a few days ago for myself with an updated logo for my own YouTube channel. I'm definitely a customer for LIFE. Thanks Ultimate!
It was great service. I was told that it was impossible to get my desk mat before christmas but somehow it arrived the night before just in the nick of time! I loved how the mat turned out and my friend was ecstatic about it. I will definitely be buying from here again.
The thing I liked most about the service was that I received emails every step of the way. I was told when the order was received, in production, in transit, at customs and eventually on the road with a delivery agent. Wasn't sure if I'd get it before Christmas, but I did. Would use this company again with no hesitation.

This company took my order last minute for Christmas. They did AMAZING. They even confirmed the design by sending me a picture and letting me make changes if I needed too. The only thing I wish there was, was a way to compare sizes to say a mouse, or another iteam of some sort, I ordered a XL, and it was a little to big.
