These guys do not reply to anyone. They ghost customers.You sign up a custom order, with YOUR OWN IMAGE, and they refuse to reply; essentially, this service is a front to acquiring your own images for themselves, and probably train them on AI."24 hours" assistance, they say. Yet they don't reply.
I've been buying from Ultimate Custom Mouse Pads for years. First for myself, but my wife loved them, so I've been buying them for her too. Every couple years or so we get new ones just to mix it up, they never wear out. In all this time I've only had an issue with the LEDs on one of them and Ultimate sent me a new one for free, shipping covered, far outside of the standard return window. As long as they're around I'll keep buying.

When searching for a company to provide my Custom mat, Ultimate stood out from the start. I realized they may not be as quick at delivering, but the time was actually quite reasonable. Besides - I told my self that great things are worth waiting for. But everything else was optimal. I am so pleased with the final design, & then the actual product. Fantastic. I even showed it on a group chat, & I never show things like that, or anything personal, normally. But I was that pleased. Jordan got back to me quickly with the draft for approval, & I made a few additions & variations before approval. Jordan never got cross or impatient, & the results are fantastic. A true professional! Thank you! In fact, I was so pleased with them, & myself, that I've already started to arrange a new custom design, in my head, for the future. It was more like a therapy . Do yourself a favour. Use this company, & put something unique, & well done, that can be inspirational, in front of you, at work, each day.
I would love to give an honest review about the product but after a month of waiting and having to have it reordered and shipped because of delivery delays and loss of item, I'm unsure if its good quality. but they at least offered to reship it for me, so that's a plus in my books :)
Ordered in november time as a xmas present, the carrier was very slow to deliver (waited until jan) and my package was lost during the last stage of delivery. However, UCM offered a replacement quickly after hearing this, and after receiving the mousepad it looks good quality. Overall would recommend, however make sure to order well in advance for xmas season or pay for faster shipping
Excellent product and service! I ordered a large custom printed mouse pad, uploaded my artwork and received a personal email from the company confirming they received my order and that my artwork met their specs... the mouse pad was delivered fast and was perfect. Top quality! I highly recommend this company!
