Zero help,. just stress from people who has lack of knowledge

The Unionline does not care about about you or your case or your health. They have only one aim, to close it whatever is the outcome. They perfectly feels ok with lies. My torture started with them when I was naive and I thought they will help with my personal injury claim. They sent me an ortopedic expert who applied by Premex same zero quality organisation (just read the feedbacks) So, when this ortopedic expert was done with his zero quality of exams and consultation, I sent two emails within a few minutes as a health care worker and told the Unionline this doctor absolutely does not follow the procedure that he must including questions and all 20mins seemed unreal. I have recorded evidence a to prove I told this man will not be able to provide professional summary about my health, injury and basically about my life changes. What happened? I asked Unionline to get a different doctor but the solicitor (that was the second solicitor within a year who handled the case) said we need to wait the doctor opinion after we will see... Also she said if he make factual mistakes he will needs to change it. So, his 'opinion' came out full with mistakes I found around 19problems. This doctor was not bothering to put into my summary that not happened with me he put lies, untrue and untold things on paper. He probably mixed mine with someone else's case in that poor quality of work that he provided. He put opposite side to injured however not possible to find in may medical history to even mentioned or put treatment CBT that I having that time and other insane things... Recorded calls to Unionline prove I told them these things are not mine. They said first the doctor need to change the factual mistakes so I collected all and the solicitor sent it to correction. The doctor changed nothing,he sticked to his lies. I told the Unionline I want a real doctor who does real exams and asking real question and probably read my recorded medical history and will not put someone else's medical history on my summary. I told I will pay for it. They refused it however I told ,ten times these are lies. They said no problems with this report however they also noticed the mistakes Premex emailed me they can provide a doctor if I will pay for it, that is how Unionline instructed them, but the Unionline denied this. Professional liars well done me. The top of it when A.B. who said 'I following this case since the start ' but when the second solicitor told me I don't need psychologist to see and she said 'this is will not effect the case' so this is came up twice. So someone who cannot walk, sleep, drive or do any activities for 1.5-2 years who lost the ability to do everyday sports however he is a trainer and his life is the sport that person does not need mental health support. I can tell you there is no phone call recorded when I could talk about my daily difficulties without crying. Fact I was depressed and I had suicide thoughts but this professional team who followed my case advise was over 1.5years to not visit a psychologist. This is not just something that a professional team must offer as help and support first when you cannot talk about your life that you lost that would be the first thing to visit a psychologist. Above this everyone knows your claim compensation absolutely influenced on that fact how the injury effects your life and your physical and mental health. THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY IGNORED BY UNIONLINE. The people who said/lied we followed my case they pretended did not hear about the solicitor refused this request at least twice regarding the psychologist. Other way it shows your health doesn't matter and also the amount of your compensation which could be much more increased on this fact, also does not care the Unionline. Earlier they said the doctor must change the factual mistakes after they did not care how may lies, untold ,untrue facts are in the summary. When I asked what if we lose this case based on the insane amount of mistakes? Because the other side clearly aware which things are not happened with me ,they have footage too. I asked what they will do if we lose it based on the lies and mistakes that contains the summary - I got zero answer. I think the same liar who said earlier she followed my case A.B. said 'How could you lose it' something similar. So, this is the professional answer if you asking the organisation who does not support you to get the truth, does not support you to stay alive during your daily physical and mental health suffer who employees people with this knowledge and who once said yes those mistakes need to be changed and after denied that. After this they threaten you and tells you, must use the doctor opinion which absolutely garbage full with lies. This is the Unionline, zero help, zero guarantee after they want to support a fake opinion. This will goes to public.
