Mike was fantastic, he was through in explaining what was going on with my pending urgent transfer request. I am not computer savvy or experienced with transfers and I truly appreciated his time and patience. He even made himself available to me incase I got confused again. That in itself made me feel appreciated. It all worked transfer is complete! I've been with 1st Tech for over 30 years, love them! Thank you!

Queenie Phu and Alex Cohen were great help getting my Deed of Trust completed. Queenie also went the extra step and help me setting up my online banking . Queenie also got my late fee waived. Last month a representative changed my membership savings to a I believe a rewards savings, we forgot to do the automatic payment from my savings. She noticed right away but got it taken care of. Called First Tech about my 1099 for the year 2025. It’s normally posted online by the first week of February, though it was nowhere to be seen. After quickly researching the issue Melanie was able to find it in my file. She kindly sent me both a hardcopy and electronic copy so I can get my taxes done.
