Package not received, customer service not responding

I ordered a book from uplay.it with express shipping and, after more than a week haven't received anything. The tracking number sent doesn't work and customer service doesn't respond to any emails.

Surprising selection!

Ordered a game that should be out of print and lo and behold it was delivered with no problems. Sure I had to pay for international shipping but I'll always appreciate a chance to get something that's on the rarer side. Excellent store!

Misleading website and terrible customer support

All-over terrible experience! I ordered a boardgame on September with express shipping (2-5 business days) which I paid over 20€ for. On October 1st I emailed them to check where is the parcel and they informed me that the supplier has it in stock and they will update me once it's shipped. Fast forward to October 22nd and still no news, so I emailed them again and received the same vague response, so I pursued it further and that's when the customer support became rude, unprofessional and hostile, responding passive aggressively. At last they refunded me and I took my business elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Took a punt...

I couldn't find anyone in the UK selling the Eclipse Second Dawn Game Mat and uplay.it was one of the few places I found that was selling it.I took a punt and ordered it and was impressed that it they sent out the order very quickly and with tracking.Unfortunately the delivery took over 2 weeks to arrive but that is no fault of uplay.it, that was down to the courier I expect. I did contact uplay.it whilst the consignment seemed to be stuck somewhere in the Netherlands for over a week. They didn't respond to me so it may have been coincidence but that same day the consignment tracking started updating again showing the parcel was on the move. I'm crediting uplay.it for that and assuming they reached out to the courier to 'unstick' the consignment.Today the order was delivered to me, well packaged and in perfect condition. All in all I can't fault uplay.it and would definitely use them again for items I can't find more locally.

Extremely unprofessional

The game I purchased was sold out, it wasn’t clearly stated on their webpage however it did allowed me to complete purchase.I tried to contact this unprofessional team in many occasions without any response at all reason why I opened I dispute with my bank for a full refund.My advice:Stay away from these people.
