Okay, so this is how it was: on a sleepless night I was giving another try to find an ultra rare out of print Talisman Highland expansion. So, through a norwegian site I have found this one. I was very skeptical, since it was only 23 euros for an OOP board game. But I took that gamble. Next day they actually dispatched my order.While they didn't respond to my emails / facebook messages, I received my boardgame here in Ukraine, NEW IN BLISTER as described. This is unbelievable luck, my mini-dream came true!So yeah, great site! Many thanks!
Received my order in 24 hours. Super fast. I read a lot of conflicting reviews online...I just recommend you to give them a phone call and verify if the item of your interest is actually in stock, and how long could it take for the delivery. They're super available for this.
Ordered a product on 28th February 2025. Product showed as in stockPayment was taken and nothing has been shipped as of today April 4th.No responses to any of my emails both internal in the site and the listed contact emails.This is the second time I have ordered from them and it's gone bad. Last time was two years ago.Will never deal with this company again, they have terrible customer support yet are quick to take your money and leave you hanging.
1.) Didn't get 2/3 of my items as advertised by the site in my order. Two Items got cancelled even though they are listed as -IN STOCK- or were at the time of my ordering.2.) I had received an e-mail saying they had in error got an extra item of the one I had already in my order, and they got rid of both of my copies which I presume instead were to give to someone else. I KNOW this because of an earlier conversation stating I got 2 of the items (one of which was the item they had an extra copy of), then a week later I was down to 1/3 of the different items, how did I have something then suddenly did not??3.) Had to pay extra for UPS shipping even though none of that was mentioned beforehand what was the first shipping I paid for??.4.) Verrrrrrrryyy slllloooooowww. I ordered this more than a month ago and limited number of the items I paid for, it's only in transit now. During this month it wasn't in transit it just sat in limbo, while we had horrible back and forth ignoring my concerns and requests.5.) Didn't take any of my suggestions to compensate for missing items....just ignored my suggestions and by chance started losing items that were confirmed as there. This a rehash of what I said earlier.6.) Didn't acknowledge or respond to any of my e-mail concerns directly and I had to practically beg for them to ship it.7.) refunds for the missing items weren't by any means quick, I'm still waiting.This is 100% truth, and is NOT harsh. I gave them many opportunities to try and correct things and it fell on deaf ears. I even translated it into Italian thinking it was a language barrier and it didn't help anything. I'm normally patient but this tried mine. I WILL NEVER buy from this store again. Lesson learned.
Overall not bad! Some harsh reviews on here, not most professional customer service but they still answered my emails and shipped with relatively good speed. Definitely don’t think some of these reviews are fair! They are just a small company doing the best they can was my impression. Would use again but with caution regarding supply times as when I ordered something the wait time for one of the items increased indefinitely as they are having trouble with the supplier. Overall though not a bad experience, just some stress they need to improve which I’m sure there are trying to👍. Plus the game I bought was 20 euro cheaper than Amazon!
Extremely fast!!!Everything worked perfectly, from placing the order to delivery.Even with the speed the packaging was there, game received without any damage.If I need a new game in the future, I'm sure I'll check to see if it's available on this site first.
