Terrible experience with UPS

Terrible experience with UPS. Received an email that UPS had tried to deliver my package, I did not receive any call so I was completely unaware of this. The package got sent to a pick up point far away (there are ones closer to where I live). I then called UPS asking kindly if it can be sent to the closer pick-up point but the man in the customer-service treated me like an idiot, making jokes with how far a mile is, excusing himself for being rude and then continues being rude after checking my track-id. It was extremely weird, unserious and unpleasant. I also have another package that are to be delivered by UPS that are one month late. I ultimately called the customer service, who told me I could just go to UPS warehouse and get my package. When I arrive there, they could not find my package and excused their customer service being based in Portugal and Philippines. I have no idea when I will get it.

UPS Oslo has an unacceptable horrible…

UPS Oslo has an unacceptable horrible service. First I receive a text message that my package has been delivered (which was not) and then after a week of investigation they can not actually trace the package. And after it was declared lost and I got the refund from the sender, I receive from UPS an invoice for shipping cost for a package I never received. That's at least unprofessional and outrageous 😡

Hate UPS delivery

Hate UPS delivery! Always the same problem, first they tell you deliver is coming one day but actually suddenly it supposed to come the day before. They will not inform you with enough time to plan. Then you sit and wait, they never arrive and you get email that you were not home. You call the customer service and hear you were not home(???) and package is going to their warehouse way out of town. You ask to have it delivered home, they promise they will but no, you sit at home day 2 and you get sms that your package is at the warehouse! You ask again to delver home on day 3 so yes you need to be home ALL DAY because noone will tell you for example between 13 and 17, no this is not DHL this is an awful Norwegian Oslo based UPS. Update. A week later still no package, After calling UPS Oslo every day last week and them promissing to deliver, i called today Monday 29.11 and they will not bother they say. They say i need to pick up in a place which is on another side of town. I went there and guess what? this is a small ethnic grocery store, complete mess with packages and the lady said they dont have my package!!! Called UPS again and they said oh well they dont know what has happened and now I HAVE TO complete a form with complain and I HAVE TO get the sender to chase them too. They also told me drivers dont have company mobile phones so that is why they will not call you when driving with delivery. Drivers decide to whom to deliver and when and when is not convenient or you love somewhere where there are not many packages to be delivered they will not bother to come!!

UPS must really hate their customers

UPS must really hate their customers. For days I have been receiving text messages about future deliveries (orders that belong to other customers). UPS is not able to remove my phone number from these notifications. This is beyond spamming. I get notifications that I have to pay a fee to get my orders delivered. Next time I order something from abroad I will ask them if they use UPS. If they do, I will order elsewhere.

Worst delivery service in Norway! Stay away!

Zero stars if i could, stay away! UPS is unable to deliver a single package. They don't call or announce that they are at the door, they don't ring the door bell. Total disrespect of my time and work. Even after schedule days for delivery and taking time off to receive the package - they don't even show up!Never ever use UPS. No other delivery service has ever failed delivery and they have a WORKING customer service that actually help you. UPS customer service suck balls, unresponsive, unfriendly, not helpful jibberish to get you off the phone. Nothing they said about delivery or scheduled days for delivery was right. Everything is crap. Take your business elsewhere and you will live longer, becasue UPS certainly will take years off your life because of the frustration.

Worthless. Always manages to cock up deliveries, drivers not able to find sinple adresses, sends the package to a completely different pickuppoint several hours after calling their call center to instruct on which one to use.The call was necessary because its impossible to register or reactivate a profile on UPS.com, and you can only contact them by mail after logging in.Avoid at all costs, and let businesses using them know that too.

So bad service.Few time it showing what already delyvered to service point,but both time in service point whey can found it.After calling to customer service,get answer- sorry we cant help.come on,packed its dissapear and whey told sory we cant help becouse we cant call to service point.OMG probably cant be worst service.By the way after long talking with sercice point,whey tald what ups alwaya markinh what its already deliveried but actualy its not and coming much later.So still didnt get it

What a useless sh#!

What a useless sh#!What a useless sh#!. I called their customer support to inform them that the driver will need an access to my door and pass the code to driver. The support took the code, said they will pass them to driver and ASSURED me that the driver had my number, we checked it and it was correct one. Lo and behold, the code was NOT passed to the driver and driver did NOT call me to ask for it either.This is the MOST USELESS sh#! company even existed.
