I genuinely do not understand how this service stays in business. They have never delivered a package to my home address in a major city; instead, they leave it at hard-to-reach pick-up points, wasting my time. Their 'My Choice' option does not work, and their online customer service is non-existent, making it hard to resolve issues. They charge for services they do not provide, and I would never choose them if I had the option—it's forced on me by companies that use them.
This company is hopeless! They send bills for VAT/service fees with due dates that have already passed before posting the bill. If you buy from a website that collects and forwards Norwegian VAT, they will try to charge you for VAT again! They clearly do not understand the regulations. Plus, they take forever. Other services are much better!
Every time I'm told UPS will be handling my shipping, I know I might as well just cancel my order.I'm always told to either choose between a UPS access point, or home delivery, except UPS access points are several kilometers apart, and are an hour away from where I live. For some reason they can't just deliver to a post office or parcel box like every other shipping service.Home delivery is useless too. The drivers will not call you to let you know they're about to drop your package off, and they don't have a means of entering apartment buildings like other shipping services do, so if they can't open your door, they won't deliver your package, causing you to have to wait several days to reschedule your delivery.Useless service.
The driver can't figure how to get to my house, and instead of calling me they just return the package to the terminal. What's wrong with a phone call?? And not the first time. I will in the future refuse to use sellers only offering UPS as the shipment method.
I paid 250$ for delivery of small item from USA total loss about 5000NOK, was supposed to get it on 23rd Desember, they wrote its delivered but it was delivered to the wrong door. I also had to pay import tax for delivery I didn't get. And now it's 20 February no delivery no money back!!! I feel scammed. I filed a claim and contacted them on phone, but I see it's just empty talking. Don't deel with this scam company.
Warning: Avoid Using UPS in NorwayI’ve had an unbelievably bad experience with UPS in Norway. After paying £549 for an item, they claimed to deliver it to a vague location ("Hunndalen") but didn’t provide any specific details. Despite numerous calls, emails, and chasing every local collection point and post office, no one has my package, and UPS support has been completely useless. They’ve failed to take responsibility, ignored my need for clear answers, and caused me weeks of frustration. If you’re shipping anything in Norway, avoid UPS—they’re unreliable and unhelpful
Unfortunately, UPS here in Norway appears to be an unreliable carrier. Their tracking page stated that they would deliver today, but when I called them, they don't know when the shipment will be delivered, as they have passed the job on to a Norwegian carrier.
I ordered a bass clarinet stand that shipped from Sweden. Weeks after my delivery I got a bill from UPS that was supposedly VAT tax not paid. I paid that ridiculous bill. Then I had ordered something that shipped from the UK. It cost about 100 NOK plus shipping. I got another bill for over 100 NOK. They claimed UPS paid some tax and added a handling fee. I refused to pay it. DO NOT USE UPS NORWAY!!! Be careful if you order online. Even after you pay for shipping and handling, UPS NORWAY SCAMS PEOPLE, by claiming that there were no taxes or some other BS!!! I will never use UPS Norway. I will pay extra for a company not to use UPS. I will never pay their scam fees again!
