I received my iPhone 17 Pro Max case and firstly it doesn’t fit: it blocks about a third of my lower camera and covers all the microphone holes. The button cutouts are so flimsy that it FEELS like the buttons can pop out if pressed at an angle. For a $100+ case, this is just terrible. The product itself is terrible, and after weeks of reaching out to customer service via MULTIPLE social media platforms I sent clear photos and was told that “This is how our iPhone 17 cases fit,” and that nothing could be done.........so the case is meant to be nonfunctional? CRAZY.
Stay away from Urban sophistication!!I've ordered a new iPhone case from this company. and it has manufacturing defects , and wrong proportion sizes that result in iPhone side buttons to be constantly engaged/volume going array. Screenshot functions no longer work. (Just like the any others experienced)I sent a video of the phone in the case not working. Then they took 5-7 days to respond and disappeared again. Their response was to tell me that I should simply fix it "by pressing the button from inside the case will resolve it" (what the.... do you think I haven't tried that? but there are also other problems with the case like the case press the camera tight). Urban Sophistication has 0 customer service mind nor case about their customers.
I was really skeptical about ordering from this company cause a lot of their reviews are not the best HOWEVER I just recently placed an order for the Rasberry Puffer Case and it was delivered to me in 8 days and I’m in State of Virginia in the US . It states on their website to allow 1-3 shipping days as well . With all that being said I am very pleased with my purchase . I love my case and I love the color , so bright . I would definitely purchase form them again but I can only afford them when it’s on sale lol . Their Puffer Cases are really to die for , so smooth and shiny and just oh soooo puffy 💜💜💜💜
Urban sophistication is a poorly run company that spends all of it's money on remarketing ads instead of investing in sound prototypes / viable products that encourage satisfied customers and repeat sales. Not surprised this company is Israeli based/led- they are the ultimate culture of thieves in today's society. I've ordered three different replacement phone cases from this company. ALL of them have manufacturing defects , and wrong proportion sizes that result in iphone side buttons to be constantly engaged/volume going array. Screenshot functions no longer work. To receive a refund, they will ask to see a video of the phone in the case not working. Then they will take 5-7 days to respond. So if you live alone and don't have a second phone, good luck with the 10 day return window!Company will ask you to perform ridiculous tasks with crazy long response times in hopes that you forget. Urban Sophistication has proven they do not care about their defective products or their customers. Certainly not worth the large price point.
Horrible Quality. I only bought some clothes because they were on sale and thought the brand was reputable and high quality. The opposite! I recieved my package fast but the fabric was very plasticy and could be ordered from SHEIN. They charge so much money even on sale for cheap materials.
I ordered the case dark cherry from Urban Sophistication because I liked the design and thought it would protect my phone (for 65$ and with shipping and taxes I eventually had to pay 80$!!!) But honestly, I was already unsure when it arrived: there were small scratches on the volume buttons and a bit of glue near the button. It looked kind of cheaply made, like low-quality 3D print!After only a few days, my phone fell from a very low height onto a surface — the side of the case got damaged immediately. Later it once fell on the street and the edge completely ripped apart. The sides of my case are already totally destroyed after this short time.For this high price, I expected way better quality. The case barely protects my phone. I contacted the customer service but they didn’t offer any help because it had been more than 10 days since I bought it and they didn’t care at all about how bad the quality actually is. I wouldn‘t recommend- it looks cool, but the quality is poor, and they clearly don’t stand behind their product.
I like so many others in the reviews have had terrible experience with this brand! I purchased the Sasha bunny case and the ears were much larger than advertised so I emailed back and forth with Gal (might be AI?) for a week about whether I could return /exchange. I was asked to send pictures of the case which I did and was just told that my case would have qualified for a refund but it’s not in its original packaging so there was nothing they could do! I’m frustrated because this was something I said over and over again. Will not be buying from again.
Bought the ballerina case from them as it was out of stock for a while! So finally got them and took a week to deliver which is fair but the quality is unexpected for the price I paid!! The case was clearly 3D printed and the wholes that covers the speakers aren’t properly made. The buttons were not also aligned. The quality is just not worth $120 AUD but otherwise really cute! But just feels like they made them really fast to solve the out of stock problems…
