I ordered a phone case from Urban Sophistication. While cute and trendy, the quality is very poor. The case started peeling soon after I bought it and I'm unable to return. I had to throw away the case after a couple months because it was peeling so much. I'll never be buying another case from them again considering the poor quality, especially for its high prices.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY. like many other reviews. company sends out totally different item or smaller items similar to what you order. Customer service will not refund and items, but clearly states on there website refunds with the 1st seven days received. SCAMMER ALERT
• 27 October – Order placed. Website stated a delivery timeframe of 15 business days.• 30 October – Order marked as shipped.• 4 November – Last tracking update. No further movement after this date.• Mid–late November – Contacted customer service multiple times as the order had not arrived and tracking showed no progress.• Brand advised me to contact the courier, who confirmed that only the shipper could open an investigation.• I requested a refund due to missed delivery timeframe and lack of tracking updates. This was refused, and I was asked to wait an additional 2–4 weeks for an investigation.• December – Brand confirmed in writing that the order was lost.• Instead of a refund, I was offered store credit only, with the explanation that I had not purchased optional “shipping protection.”As the item was never delivered, I had to file a Goods Not Received dispute with my bank to resolve the issue.Posting this review so other customers understand how lost orders are handled.
I bought a case from them and after just one year of normal use it was already peeling and falling apart. Despite that, I made the mistake of giving them a second chance and ordered another case.When I tried to return it, the package was lost during the return process and never made it back to their warehouse. The worst part is that the store takes zero responsibility for the loss — no refund, no replacement, no store credit, no solution at all. Basically, if your return gets lost in their logistics chain, you’re the one who loses your money.A terrible experience from start to finish. I won’t be buying from this store again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I ordered two of the same style case one for my daughter and later one for myself. The rhinestones on my daughter’s case keep falling off even though she takes so much care of her phone. She’s only been using the case for 2 weeks. I just put the case on my iPhone 16 pro and I cannot plug the phone charger to my phone with the case on. Obviously, the case was poorly made. For paying $130 for each case…I really expected better quality. I better get a replacement for both of us but from what I’ve heard Urban Sophistication offers poor customer service.
If it could be a zero… it would. The case for the iPhone air is like a military case…. HORRIBLE AND EXTREMELY BULKY!!!!! UGLY!!!!! For $70!!!!!!!!! I asked to return it. Not only do you have to pay for the shipping, but a 15% restocking fee!!!!!! AND they want pictures of the box and case before they give you the info to return!!!!! Just a horrible company! The cases are not nearly as they are described! DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!!!! The silicone cases on Amazon for $15.00 are 1,000 times better than these guys. Please, listen to me and tell your friends. I will be using all of my social media to inform everyone about this company.
