Easy ordering and fast shipping. Enjoyed the scannable card showing how my mask was made and when. I love this mask and contours beautifully to my face. Have only had it and used for a week, so hoping with consistent long term use I will see results!
The multi light mask is great. I love how, somehow, using it before bed (red light) has improved my levels of REM and Deep Sleep. One drawback though is that the mask doesn’t fit quite right. To get it to cover my eyes, it doesn’t quite go up to my forehead and the mouth hole is off by about an inch. Also, the eye protectors don’t really do much in the way of eye protection. I have to keep my eyes tightly shut while the mask is on.
The shipping was very fast and the communication regarding delivery was very clear and up to date. I used it 6 times so far. To be honest, it is too early to tell if it works. There are somethings I like, some doesn't work well for me. The product quality is very good. I fits my upper face well. However, it's too long and wide at the chin area. I had to hold the bottom part with my hand to make it close enough to my mouth and chin. The other concern is the eye cushion. I am not sure if I should use them?! If i put them on, some light bulbs around eye area are blocked. If I don't use them, the light is extremely bright, very uncomfortable. And I also noticed twice the lights were turned off before 10 minutes is up. Otherwise, I am happy with the product and hopefully it can give me the result as all the social media says.
