I am sharing this review as a cautionary tale based on my personal experience with the service under Invoice #48194. I purchased a 1-Year access, and from the very beginning, the service failed repeatedly. It did not function for even 4–6 continuous hours, let alone a full day. The login kept failing, OTP codes never arrived, and I encountered access errors and sudden deactivations. Every attempt to resolve the issue led to the same response:
“Please wait, we are fixing.”
Yet, nothing was actually resolved. Days of waiting resulted in the same failures over and over. I received multiple login credentials, but each stopped working shortly after being issued. Some showed “incorrect password,” others required OTPs that I never got, and one account eventually indicated it was deleted. None of the accounts were reliable or matched what was advertised. The service did not align with the features, stability, or reliability promised, and the replacements I was assured were never delivered despite my repeated requests. Based on this experience, the product fell short of the minimum expectations for a paid digital service. Due to the absence of a working solution or adequate support, I was compelled to submit:
• A complaint through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal
• A formal bank dispute / chargeback
• A comprehensive documentation report including login failures, chat records, and screenshots All my actions are strictly supported by documented evidence and the consistent service failures I faced. I am willing to share all screenshots, chat logs, payment records, and my complaint acknowledgment for verification, so others can make informed decisions before purchasing. This review is not an accusation. It is a factual recount of my experience and a genuine warning for potential customers based on what I went through. Please be cautious and verify everything independently before making any purchase.

I am sharing my experience with the service. I purchased a product on 24/12/2023 after they explicitly assured me that it included a lifetime warranty. However, when I recently sought support, they refused to assist and claimed that my warranty had 'expired,' which contradicts their original promise. Had they not guaranteed lifetime coverage, I would not have made the purchase. This is not the first time I faced this issue with them; I had to escalate matters to get a response previously. It's extremely disappointing that the same issue has arisen again. Such inconsistency and refusal to honor commitments make it difficult to trust this seller. I urge them to uphold their lifetime warranty promise and resolve this issue without further excuses.

I am writing this review to share my experience with Keys-shop.in.I purchased from Google One from them on 24/12/2023 (Order #22723_23122439, Keys Shop #22723, CCAvenue Ref #113121127379) after they explicitly assured me that the product included a lifetime warranty.However, when I recently reached out for support, they refused to help and claimed that my warranty had “expired,” which directly contradicts their original promise. Had they not guaranteed lifetime coverage, I would not have purchased from them.This is not the first time I have faced this issue with them. Previously, I had to escalate the matter to CCAvenue and Trustpilot before they responded. It is extremely disappointing that the same issue has occurred again.Such inconsistency and refusal to honour commitments make it very hard to trust this seller. I urge Keys-shop.in to stand by their lifetime warranty promise and resolve this issue without further excuses.

I bought office 365 and had good experience so far

I bought office 365 and had some hiccups in installing but kudos to support team who paatie try helped me to overcome all issues and authentication. More than 3hrs the team spent with me . Only thing I wanted id co-pilot which is not part of the product. All my old documents in word excel of office 2016 were accessed and activated.I have to instal it on my Tab which is android and iimobile 16 ios.will update after installing on both the devices. Overall I am very happy 😊 about service commitment.

Frustrating Experience with Subscription

I paid for what was advertised as a lifetime subscription, only to find it expired after a year. I also purchased a software that never functioned as intended, and customer service provided no real assistance in resolving the issues. Both experiences were disheartening and felt like a total waste of money. Don't be fooled by the appealing pricing — it's simply not worth it. Updates at 26/10/25: I reached out to their support for help and resolution, as their service clearly did not meet advertised standards. Unfortunately, I received no response or acknowledgment from their team. This lack of communication and support is very disappointing and does not reflect well on the company's promises. I hope they take responsibility to honor their commitments and improve their customer service. Until then, I would advise others to be cautious when considering their offers due to the risk of unfulfilled service and poor support.
