I ordered the coat online right before Christmas. It took about a week to arrive. It was a late Christmas present for my boyfriend. He loved it!! He's a slim build and the medium fit him well. Nice material and good length. Not too big, not too good. Great coat! Glad I took a chance on it.
Processing and shipping take too long. On average, they take 2 weeks for my orders. Exchanges take a long time too. My return was received on Dec 30. Today is Jan 9 and my exchange still hasn’t been processed. Wish there was an option for faster shipping. Also packaging could use improvement. My first order came in a paper bag that was not sealed properly so the item was exposed. Second order came in a box that wasn’t taped securely so the tape was coming off. This is the last time I’m ordering from Superdry.
