I called for a price adjustment and…

I called for a price adjustment and advised it cannot be done unless I send back and they receive what I don’t wish to keep… so I sent everything back and still waiting for my REFUND, their refund policy is ABSURD!! Up to 10 days to see your refund!!!! This company is RIDICULOUS!!!

Size inconsistency

I totally dislike the fact that the size keeps changing with different items. Large is my size in some style and in some styles, it is too big for me.. extremely frustrating. I love the brand, but this is horrible
