Shipping was fast which I like. The coat is great but had to return it due to needing a size bigger for myself. Wanted to exchange for a size up and have not received any information on the exchange nor have I received a refund. Which they received the coat back in two days.
I love the clothes, quality, style and price Superdry offers. But during checkout I changed my address, and quickly noticed in the confirmation email that my updated address didn't save for the purchase I had just made. The email states to contact you quickly if the address is wrong, but the website it linked to said once an order is placed it can't be changed. I emailed anyway explaining what happened but my order shipped out before I received a reply (I'm unsure if I ever received one). So then I had to pay UPS $8 to hold my package at a pickup location. I wouldn't be upset if it were my ignorance and error, but I checked multiple times to make sure I had the new address entered in correctly.
I ordered online on Dec 18 with expected pick up date of Dec 22 but it didn’t arrived and no status of the order when checking in their website. I called the Citadel outlet as I set that store to pick up my order but they have no idea as well when it will arrive. Until Dec 27th I received a UPS notification that my order arrived at the store. I think superdry should consider upgrading their customer service to give the customer the satisfaction they deserve. Keep in mind Superdry is not that cheaper compare to other clothing company thus they should give an examplary customer service. Thank you
